Claudia Cabrera

Claudia Cabrera, better known as Klaw, is a bartender, creative, and co-founder of Kaito del Valle. With over 20 years of experience behind the bar, she has made inclusion, diversity, and quality mixology her trademark. In 2016, she founded Kaito del Valle, the first bar in Latin America operated exclusively by women, and has since led the project to great heights, earning recognition on prestigious lists such as North America’s 50 Best Bars and The Pinnacle Guide.
